Implications of Running Neutrino Parameters for Leptogenesis and Testing Model Predictions
By Stefan Antusch, University of Southampton
The running of neutrino parameters in see-saw models and its implications for leptogenesis, model building and for testing predictions of mass models with future precision experiments are analyzed. Analytical formulae for the evolution of the parameters allow an easy understanding and a quick estimate of the renormalization group effects below the lowest see-saw scale. In models with non-degenerate see-saw scales, the renormalization group equations are solved numerically for the various effective theories which arise from successively integrating out the heavy right-handed neutrinos.
